In the event of damage or loss to the product
Despite our great care during packaging, goods may sometimes be damaged during their transport, and if this happens, we ask you to help us to remedy the case and compensate you for the damages resulting by following the following steps:
Signing the receipt after completing the full inspection of the item.
Please check the product well in front of the shipping company representative.
In the event of any damage to the product (s), please write the details in the receipt, with a request to return the product within a period not exceeding the first seven days of delivery. Bestways will not be held responsible for damaged products after this period.
Be sure to photograph the damage in the product
