The SONOFF BBQ Meat Thermometer (BMT01) is a smart Bluetooth meat thermometer that sends real-time probe temperatures to your phone through the eWeLink app, so you can keep an eye on your food without hovering over the grill. Set a target temperature for any type of meat and both the thermometer and your phone alert you when it is reached.
The app logs the probe data as a real-time temperature curve, suggests cooking temperatures for different types of meat and lets you set a rest timer after grilling. The BMT01 runs on 2 × AAA batteries and has a probe port on each side. This listing also offers the MPS01 probe sensor (pack of 2): 15 cm stainless-steel (SUS304) probes on a 1.5 m lead, rated 0–300°C (32–572°F).
